Fundraising
The Children's Art Center is continuously seeking ways to support itself
and it's endeavors through perseverence and hard work. Being a
cooperative non-profit organization, The Art Center maintains daily
operations through three methods of work.
- Hosting Benefits
- Sponsoring Entertainment Venues
- Producing Goods for Retail
Each of these three operations are put in place to raise funds and
to show the community and it's children ways to be self-sufficient.
If our youth are shown a positive example of ways to earn money
they are less likely to look to toward undesirable practices.
The Children's Art Center conducts fundraisers through out the
year such as summer bar-be-ques and fish frys, craft fairs, art shows
and dances, to name a few. Check out our fundraising calendar
